Lake Street Capital Management, LLC Announces the Formation of Lake Street Capital Partners, LP

Lake Street Capital Management, LLC, an affiliate of Lake Street Private Wealth, LLC, has announced the formation of Lake Street Capital Partners, LP (“Lake Street Capital Partners” or “Lake Street Cap”).

Lake Street Capital Partners represents the next extension of the broader Lake Street Private Wealth network for the benefit of its client base of high-net-worth families, family offices, and individuals. The formation of Lake Street Capital Partners represents Lake Street’s first private equity vehicle which launches after numerous successful investments by the firm in private real estate transactions.

Lake Street Capital Partners’ differentiated capital base, which is comprised of the clients of Lake Street Private Wealth, provides greater investment flexibility to its investor base, including direct control investments, significant minority investments, and co-investments. Lake Street Capital Partners will focus on providing first-time institutional capital to growth-oriented family- and founder-owned businesses in search of a value-added capital partner. The fund will target lower middle market companies with EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) ranging from $2 to $7 million across the consumer products, business and consumer services, and distribution sectors.
